Happy New Year!

To everyone out there reading this - I hope you all have a very prosperous and entertaining new year!

My husband and I have made one resolution this year - we are going to be upgrading from an apartment to a house. We're very excited. As you know, buying a home, whether it's your first apartment, an upgrade or downsize, changes your life. If done properly, it will always be a change for the better.
